癌症患者疾病感知的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

癌症作为负性生活事件对患者造成严重的生理和心理问题,影响患者的生活质量。疾病感知决定了癌症患者对疾病的反应及应对行为,影响疾病的发生、发展及转归,与患者的健康状态和生活质量密切相关。该文对疾病感知的概念、测评工具,以及癌症患者疾病感知的影响因素和相关干预研究进行综述,提出要开发更具特异性的测评工具,探寻不同类型、不同阶段患者疾病感知的特点,开展针对性干预,以提升患者积极的疾病感知。
