Abstract: Objective To deeply understand the experience of nurses in county-level hospitals participating in “Internet + nursing service”. Methods From June to July 2022,a purposive sampling method was used to invite 18 nurses from county-level hospitals for interview. Participants were divided into two groups for focus group interviews. Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the data and summarize the interview topics. Results The results extracted three themes and nine sub themes:satisfaction brought by participation(income gain,self-worth,professional identity),burden bearing(increased work burden, inconvenience in travel, difficulty in using service platforms),and the sense of loss(the sense of loss caused by the narrow scope of service, the insufficient travel security equipment, and the imperfect charging standards and support mechanism). Conclusion The participation experience of nurses in county-level hospitals in “Internet + nursing service” is complex. It is recommended that hospital managers should optimize human resource allocation, service platforms, service charge standards, etc. to promote “Internet + nursing service” smooth operation.
