Abstract:

Objective To analyze and evaluate the experience, attitude and behavior of first-degree relatives of breast cancer patients on cancer risk perception, in order to improve the level of risk perception, raise the awareness of cancer prevention and follow the guidance of healthy behavior improvement. Methods Literature searching was undertaken in databases including CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Sinomed, Embase, PubMed, Web of Science and other databases in order to collect qualitative research literature on risk perception of first-degree relatives of breast cancer patients. The time was set from the establishment of the database to November 1, 2022. Then, JBI qualitative research quality evaluation tool was used to evaluate the quality of the literature, and meta-integration method was used to integrate and analyze the results. Results A total of nine studies were included, and 28 themes were extracted and summarized into seven categories. Finally, three integrated results were formed, namely multiple emotions in their perception of their own cancer risk, different perceptions of their own cancer risk, and different attitudes towards cancer risk. Conclusion Medical staffs should pay more attention to the first-degree relatives of breast cancer patients, focus on their psychological emotions and needs, and give them individual guidance.
