Current situation and challenges of the integrated curriculum reform in nursing

Abstract:

The integrated curriculum reform in nursing is the main development direction of nursing curriculum reform. This article reviewed the current situation,key components and challenges of nursing curriculum integration through literature review. The integrated curriculum reform in nursing should strengthen the leading role of nursing school itself. The top-level design should be done and team construction should be emphasized. Multiple teaching methods and evaluation methods should be developed. Integrated teaching materials and cases should also be developed. All these measures can promote the sustainable development of nursing.
