摘要/Abstract

摘要：

目的了解老年2型糖尿病患者生活质量的现状,探究自我超越和心理痛苦对老年2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法采用便利抽样方法,选取延吉市3个社区240例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、中文版糖尿病心理痛苦量表、中文版自我超越量表和糖尿病特异性生活质量量表进行问卷调查。结果老年2型糖尿病患者生活质量得分为（58.82±10.03）分;分层回归分析结果显示,自我超越和心理痛苦可解释老年2型糖尿病患者生活质量总变异度的30.6%。结论自我超越和心理痛苦是老年2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响因素。医护人员应及时了解患者动态的心理变化,给予针对性干预,提高其生活质量。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the current status of the quality of life of older patients with type 2 diabetes,and to explore the influence of self-transcendence and diabetes distress on the quality of life of older patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 240 older type 2 diabetes patients from 3 communities in Yanji City. Questionnaire surveys were conducted using general information questionnaire,Chinese version of the Diabetic Distress Scale,Chinese Self-Transcendence Scale and Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale. Results The quality of life score of older patients with type 2 diabetes was（58.82±10.03）. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that self-transcendence and diabetes distress could explain 30.6% of the total variance of quality of life in older patients with type 2 diabetes. Conclusion Self-transcendence and diabetes distress are important influencing factors of quality of life in older patients with type 2 diabetes. Medical staffs should know the dynamic psychological changes of patients and give targeted interventions to improve their quality of life.
