摘要:

目的 探讨基于微课的翻转课堂在本科基础护理学教学中的设计及应用效果。 方法 结合地方高校自身情况,设计基于微课的翻转课堂教学方案,在基础护理学课程中对65名护理二年级本科生开展教学,通过问卷调查学生对效果的评价。结果 学生在线测验参与率为100%,在线测验成绩课前为(89.00±6.92)分,课后为(92.30±8.40)分;学生认为新的教学模式在提高学习效果(76.9%)、学习积极性(80.0%)和学习效率(81.5%)等方面帮助很大或较大,并支持继续使用该模式(81.5%),同时认为微视频(80.0%)、微任务(92.3%)、微练习(96.9%)、UMOOC平台(73.8%)等对学习有所帮助,能满足学习的需求,并对翻转课堂提出了建设性的意见。结论 基于微课的翻转课堂是一种能提升教学效果的混合式智慧教学模式,但在具体的实施中仍需进一步完善,以取得更好的实践效果。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effects of a flipped classroom based on micro-lecture in Fundamentals of Nursing. Methods A flipped classroom based on micro-lecture teaching program was designed based on the current teaching status. The program was implemented among 65 year-two nursing undergraduates for the course of Fundamentals of Nursing. The effects of the new teaching method were assessed by using questionnaires. Results The online participation rate was 100%. The pre-class average score was(89.00±6.92) and the post-class score was(92.30±8.40). Students reported that the new teaching model could stimulate their learning interests(80.0%),enhance their learning effects(76.9%)and learning efficiency(81.5%). Students(81.5%)accepted this teaching method and were willing to use it in the future. Students agreed that it was helpful regarding the design of micro-video(80.0%),micro-task(92.3%),micro-exercise(96.9%) and UMOOC platform(73.8%). Conclusion The flipped classroom based on micro-lecture which is a blended smart teaching model could enhance the effects. While it needs to be improved to achieve better effects.
