摘要：

目的调查护理学硕士研究生人文关怀能力现状并分析其影响因素,为培养其人文关怀品质提供参考依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、人文关怀品质量表对国内34所院校的118名护理学硕士研究生进行问卷调查。结果护理学硕士研究生人文关怀能力均分为（3.98±0.14）分,人文关怀能力的主要影响因素是与同伴的关系、对护理专业的兴趣。结论护理学硕士研究生人文关怀能力处于中上水平,学校和医院应注重对护理学硕士研究生的人文科学知识与实践培养相结合,重视对其护理专业态度及人际关系的引导,促进其人文关怀能力提升。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the status of humanistic care ability of nursing postgraduate students. Methods A general information questionnaire and nursing students’ humanistic care quality questionnaire surveys was conducted among 118 nursing postgraduate students in 34 universities. Results The score of humanistic care ability of nursing postgraduate students was 3.98±0.14. The main influencing factors of humanistic care ability were the relationship with peers and interests with nursing. Conclusion The ability of nursing postgraduate students in humanities care needs to be improved. Universities and hospitals should focus on the combination of humanistic knowledge and practice training,and pay attention to their attitude towards nursing and interpersonal relationship,to promote their humanistic care ability.
