直肠粉剂喷射式给药装置的设计与应用

摘要：

该研究对直肠粉剂喷射式给药装置的结构设计进行了介绍,并选择2019年1月—10月在本院诊断为混合痔且行混合痔外剥内扎术的患者100例为研究对象,随机分为试验组（n=50）和对照组（n=50）,试验组使用新研发的装置给予患者直肠粉剂,对照组采用涂抹给药方式,研究使用新装置给药既能满足一般粉剂的给药要求,又可节约患者换药费用、减少住院天数（P<0.05）,说明该装置值得在临床推广使用。

Abstract:

This study introduced the structure of the rectal powder injection device. A total of 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital were recruited randomly from January to October 2019. These patients were divided into the experimental group（n=50） and the control group（n=50）. Patients in the experimental group received the medication through the new designed device. Patients in the control group received the medication through smearing. The study showed that the new device could administer the powder to patients,save the cost of changing dressings,and reduce the number of days in hospital（P<0.05）. The device is worthy of clinical promotion.
