护理实习生专业自我概念的影响因素分析

摘要: 目的 调查护理实习生的专业自我概念水平,并分析心理困扰、自我效能对护理实习生专业自我概念的影响。 方法 采用护理专业自我概念量表、 中文版简易心理状况评定量表以及一般自我效能感量表对262名护理实习生的专业自我概念、心理困扰以及自我效能水平进行问卷调查。 结果 护理实习生的专业自我概念水平整体趋于积极,学生干部经历、心理困扰和自我效能是护理实习生专业自我概念的影响因素(P<0.05)。 结论 护理教育者应当注重护理实习生的心理健康教育和自我效能提升,以帮助其提高护理专业自我概念水平。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the level of professional self-concept of nursing interns,and to analyze the effects of psychological distress and self-efficacy on professional self-concept of nursing interns. Methods A total of 262 nursing interns were investigated by the Professional Self-concept of Nurses Instrument,the 10-item Kessler Psychological Distress Scale,and the General Self-efficacy Scale. Results The professional self-concept of nursing interns was at a positive level as a whole. The experience of being the student leader,psychological distress and self-efficacy were all related to the professional self-concept of nursing (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing educators should pay attention to the mental health education of nursing interns and improve their self-efficacy,so as to help them improve their professional self-concept.
