柯氏评估模型在ICU新入职护士培训中的应用

摘要: 目的 评价柯式评估模型在ICU新入职护士培训中的应用效果,以期为进一步完善新入职护士在ICU的培训提供借鉴。 方法 2016年7月要2018年6月,选取青岛大学附属医院59名新入职护士为研究对象,分3组依次进入ICU完成新入职护士培训,根据其柯式模型评估结果修订培训方案,分别比较3组间反应层、学习层、行为层、结果层4个层次的培训结果。结果 根据第一组效果反馈调整培训方案后,第二组、第三组反应层、学习层、行为层、结果层的效果均优于第一组(P<0.05)。 结论 基于柯氏评估模型,不断修订ICU新入职护士培训方案,能够提升护士理论、技能水平。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effects of the Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model in training of new nurses in ICU,so as to provide reference for further improving the standardized training of new nurses in ICU. Methods From July 2016 to June 2018,59 nurses from the affiliated hospital of Qingdao University were selected. Those new nurses were divided into three groups and completed the new nurses training in the ICU. The training plan was revised according to the results of the Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model. The effects in four layers of the Kirk-patrick’s evaluation model named reaction,learning,behavior,and result were compared among the three groups. Results After adjusting the training program according to results of the first group,the results of the second and third groups in the four layers were much better than those in the first group(P<0.05). Conclusion Based on the Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model,the training of new nurses in ICU can promote the level of nurses’ knowledge and skills.
