摘要: 目的 探讨混合式学习在ICU新入职护士培训中的应用效果。 方法 选取2016年新入职护士为对照组(n=18),2017年新入职护士为试验组(n=24)。 对照组采用教师带教方式进行学习,试验组采用线上与线下结合的混合式学习模式。 结果 干预后,试验组的理论及技能操作成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。 试验组的自主学习能力得分较干预前有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的培训整体满意度评分为(1.95±0.62)分,对照组为(1.50±0.70)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.225,P=0.032)。 结论 混合式学习在ICU新入职护士培训中应用状况较好,有利于其自主学习能力的培养。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of blended learning in training of new nurses in ICU. Methods A number of 18 new nurses in 2016 were selected and treated as the control group. Another 24 new nurses in 2017 were selected and assigned to the experimental group. Traditional training was used in the control group while blended learning with online and offline mode was used in the experimental group. Results The scores of paper examination and skill examination in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). New nurses in the experimental group had higher autonomous learning ability than that before the train-ing (P<0.05). The score of satisfaction with the training in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(t=2.225,P=0.032). Conclusion The blended learning can be used to train the new nurses and it is helpful to cultivate the ability of autonomous learning of new nurses.
