摘要: 目的 探讨混合式教学在新入职护士理论培训中的应用效果。 方法 以2018年参与新入职护士培训的65名新入职护士为试验组,理论培训采用基于“雨课堂”的混合式教学方法,并采用自主学习能力评定量表和培训满意度问卷对新入职护士进行调查,并与2017年进行培训的62名新入职护士进行比较。 结果 2018年新入职护士理论考核成绩、自主学习能力优于2017年新入职护士,2018年新入职护士培训满意度高于2017年新入职护士, 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 混合式教学可提高新入职护士的学习成绩、自主学习能力及培训满意度,在新入职护士培训中可进一步推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of the blended teaching in theoretical training of new nurses. Methods Sixty-five new nurses recruited in 2018 were selected as the experimental group. The blended teaching based on “Rain Classroom” was applied in this group. Sixty-two nurses recruited in 2017 were treated as the control group. The Self-Rating Scale for Self-Directed Learning (SRSSDL) and the training satisfaction questionnaire were used to evaluate the self-directed learning ability and their satisfaction with the teaching of new nurses respectively. Results The scores of the examination performance and self-directed learning ability in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The level of satisfaction with the teaching were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The blended teaching can improve nurses’examination performance,self-directed learning ability and their satisfaction level with the training. It can be promoted for the training of new nurses.
