摘要:

目的 将情境模拟教学方法应用到社区健康教育实践教学,评价护理本科生的学习效果。方法 以社区慢性病管理、老年人健康管理、儿童安全教育、围绝经期妇女保健等问题为背景设计教学案例,采用情境模拟教学方法对713名护理本科生进行实践教学;评价教师、学生对教学方法的满意度,并通过社区实践考核表评价社区健康教育的实施质量。结果 教师及学生对社区健康教育实践的满意度评价均较高,各项得分率由高到低依次是实验准备、计划、评价、评估、诊断和实施;学生能依据护理程序,有效开展健康教育工作。结论 采用情境模拟进行社区健康教育实践教学,达到了理想的教学效果。

Abstract:

Objective To implement scenario simulation teaching in community health education and to evaluate its effects.Methods Cases were developed based on the health problems of chronic disease management,health management of older adults,child safety education and peri-menopausal health care in the community. Scenario simulation teaching was delivered to 713 nursing undergraduates. Instructors’ and students’ satisfaction with the teaching method were evaluated. Moreover,the effects of the simulation were evaluated through Community Practice Evaluation Form.Results Instructors and students were highly satisfied with the teaching method. The average score of each item from high to low was preparation,plan,evaluation,assessment,diagnosis and implementation. Students were capable of applying nursing process to community health education.Conclusion The scenario simulation teaching achieves the desired effects in community health education.
