云平台在永久性血管通路手术患者护理中的应用

Application of cloud platform in caring of patients with permanent vascular access surgery

摘要:

目的 探讨云平台在永久性血管通路手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法 按照入院时间将初次建立永久性血管通路手术202例患者分为2组,试验组(2017年7月—2018年 3月)102例在护理中应用云平台,建立患者云档案,患者可与医护团队进行线上交流,主动参与内瘘管理;对照组(2016年10月—2017年6月)100例采用常规护理模式,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率和满意度。结果 试验组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(χ2=7.526,P=0.006),试验组患者满意度高于对照组(χ2=6.852,P=0.009)。结论 在永久性血管通路手术患者护理中应用云平台可以降低术后并发症发生率,保证透析顺利进行,提高患者满意度。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effects of cloud platform applied in caring of patients with permanent vascular access(Arteriovenous fistula) surgery.Methods According to the admission time,202 patients with permanent vascular access surgery were divided into two groups. One hundred and two patients admitted from July 2017 to March 2018 were in the experimental group and cloud platform was used in this group. Patients’ documents were managed through cloud platform. Online communication was conducted between patients and medical team. Patients were actively involved in the management of fistula. One hundred patients were in the control group(October 2016-June 2017)and routine care was provided to them. Postoperative complication rates and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(χ2=7.526,P=0.006). The satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(χ2=6.852,P=0.009).Conclusion The cloud platform can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of patients with permanent vascular access(Arteriovenous fistula)surgery,ensure the effect of dialysis,and improve patient’s satisfaction.
