知觉压力与职业获益感对乳腺肿瘤科护士心理健康的影响

摘要: 目的 探讨知觉压力与护士职业获益感对心理健康的影响,建立其关系模型。 方法 采用一般健康问卷、护士职业获益感调查问卷、 知觉压力量表对河南省某三级甲等肿瘤医院6个乳腺肿瘤科病区102名注册护士进行调查。 结果 乳腺肿瘤科护士知觉压力量表得分与职业获益感问卷得分呈负相关(r=-0.398,P<0.001),知觉压力量表得分与一般健康问卷得分呈正相关(r=0.342,P<0.001),职业获益感量表得分与一般健康问卷得分呈负相关(r=-0.396,P<0.001);职业获益感在知觉压力与一般健康问卷得分间起到部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的40.7%。结论 护理管理者应采取措施,通过改善乳腺肿瘤科护士的知觉压力和职业获益感以提高护士的心理健康。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of the perceived stress and perceived professional benefits on mental health of nurses in departments of mammary oncology. Methods Totally 102 registered nurses from 6 de-partments of mammary oncology of a tertiary hospital in Henan province were investigated by the Perceived Stress Scale(PSS),Nurses’ Perceived Professional Benefits Questionnaire and 12-item General Health Questionnaire(GHQ-12).Results The perceived stress was negatively correlated with perceived professional benefits (r=-0.398,P<0.001).The perceived stress was positively correlated with GHQ-12 score (r=0.342,P<0.001). The perceived professional benefit was negatively correlated with GHQ-12 score(r=-0.396,P<0.001). The perceived professional benefits played a partial mediating role between perceived stress and GHQ-12 score,accounting for 40.7% of the total effects.Conclusion Nursing administrators should take actions to improve nurses’ perceived stress and perceived profes-sional benefits to finally improve their mental health.
