摘要: 新时期健康中国战略、公立医院改革和人民多样化的护理服务需求,对护理人员基本素质和专业能力都提出了更高要求。 新入职护士培训是护理继续教育体系中的重要组成部分,是培养和发展新入职护士核心能力、帮助其快速适应工作环境、完成角色转变的有效手段。 河南省人民医院建立了新入职护士培训组织管理体系、制度建设体系、培训保障体系、培训管理体系、师资管理体系和质量控制体系六大体系并应用于实践,为国内其他医院新入职护士培训模式的构建和实施提供借鉴。

Abstract: Higher requirements for basic quality and professional ability are proposed for nurses due to the “Health China Strategy”,reform of public hospitals,and the various demands people have. Training of new nurses is an import part of the continuing education system. It is also the effective way to help new nurses cultivate core competency,adapt to new working environments,and complete the role transition. The Henan Provincial People Hospital set up a series of systems for new nurses including training management system,rules and regulations devel-opment system,training guarantee system,rules management system,teacher management system,and quality control system. All these systems were put into practice. References are provided for construction and implementation of training model of new nurses for other hospitals.
