摘要： 该文以北京协和医院为例，详细介绍了专科护士的管理概况及其开展的临床护理实践工作，包括提供直接护理实践、承担护理会诊及多学科诊疗团队工作尧负责专科培训与业务指导、推动临床研究与技术创新，参与质量改进与专业提升5个方面。

Abstract: The paper took Peking Union Medical College Hospital as an example to introduce the model of nursing practice and management of specialty nurses. The practice included providing direct nursing care，conducting nursing consultation participating in MDT，taking charge of specialist training and guidance，promoting clinical research and technical innovation，and taking part in the professional quality improvement.
