影音录像反馈在护理人际沟通实践教学中的应用研究

摘要: 目的  探讨影音录像反馈评价及指导在护理人际沟通实践教学中的应用方法和效果。方法  在2011级护理本科护理人际沟通实践教学中采用案例设计引导结合情境演绎,将演示过程进行影音录像并进行反馈,找到学习过程中的问题并加以解决,对学生进行问卷调查评价影音录像反馈的应用效果。结果  学生认为在教学过程中应用影音录像反馈能够帮助学生意识到沟通的重要性、提高沟通技巧(97.1%),能够激发学习兴趣(92.8%),使学生变被动学习为主动学习(94.2%)。结论  在护理人际沟通实践教学中应用影音录像反馈的教学方法效果良好,可尝试在其他课程中推广应用。

Abstract:  Objective  To explore the methods and effects of video recording and feedback in the practice teaching of nurse interpersonal communication. Methods  The process of nurse interpersonal communication practice was recorded by videos among undergraduate nursing students in Grade 2011. Then,the videos were analyzed to find out the problems in nurse interpersonal communication. The teaching outcomes were evaluated by questionnaires. Results  Most students reported that this teaching method could improve their communication skills(97.1%),stimulate learning interest(92.8%),promote the change from passive learning to active learning(94.2%). Conclusion  Video recording and feedback achieves good teaching outcomes in the practice teaching of nurse interpersonal communication. It deserves to be tried in other courses.
