摘要

慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD）已成为全球最常见的慢性疾病之一,严重影响着患者的身心健康和生活质量。安宁疗护可缓解COPD患者的症状负担,提高其生存质量。因此,该文综述了COPD患者安宁疗护的实施现况、安宁疗护内容,并分析影响安宁疗护实施的因素,从而为COPD患者的安宁疗护的开展提供参考。

Abstract

COPD has become one of the most common chronic diseases in the world. It seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients. Hospice care can alleviate the symptom burden of patients with COPD and improve the quality of life of patients. This paper reviewed the implementation and content of the palliative care in COPD patients,and analyzed the factors that affected the palliative care implementation. We aimed to provide a reference for the development of palliative care for COPD patients.
