儿科ICU护士谵妄护理能力培训实践

Delirium nursing ability training practice for pediatric ICU nurses

摘要:

目的 探讨儿科ICU护士谵妄护理能力培训的效果。 方法 于2021年7月—8月对上海市某三级甲等儿童专科医院ICU的38名护士进行谵妄护理能力培训,包括理论培训和原位模拟培训。比较护士培训前后谵妄护理知识、态度、行为的得分,并通过问卷调查了解护士对原位模拟培训形式的体验和看法。 结果 培训后儿科ICU护士谵妄的知识维度得分由培训前的(25.00±6.54)分提高至(30.03±5.49)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训前后护士的态度与行为维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护士对原位模拟培训的满意度较高。 结论 儿科ICU护士谵妄护理能力培训可有效提升儿科ICU护士谵妄的知识水平,但对谵妄护理态度和行为的影响有限,未来可进一步优化培训内容,建立长期持续的培训机制,从而提升儿科ICU护士的谵妄护理能力。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effect of delirium nursing ability training for pediatric ICU nurses. Methods Delirium nursing ability training,including theoretical training and in situ simulation training,was conducted from July to August 2021 for 38 nurses in the ICU of a tertiary children’s hospital in Shanghai. The scores of knowledge,attitude,and behavior of nurses before and after training were compared,and a questionnaire was used to understand nurses’ experiences and perceptions of in situ simulation training. Results After the training,the knowledge score of delirium among pediatric ICU nurses increased from(25.00±6.54) to(30.03±5.49),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in attitude and behavior scores(P>0.05). Besides,nurses were satisfied with in situ simulation training. Conclusion The delirium nursing ability training for pediatric ICU nurses can effectively improve the knowledge level of delirium,but it has limited impact on delirium nursing attitude and behaviors. In the future,the training content can be further optimized,and a long-term continuous training mechanism can be established to improve the delirium nursing ability of pediatric ICU nurses.
